Charlie Mann Biography

The ‘Charlie Mann Band’ is a St. Louis, Mo vocal group, covering all your favorite “Classic Golden Oldies” from the late 50’s through the 90’s.

In the early 60’s, Charlie played in his first band, “The Tornadoes”, Mike Diehl’s” MD & The Surgeons”, “The Crescendos”, with Gerry Boulware at Rockaway Beach and “The Rogues” at Whiskey A-Go-Go in Gaslight Square.  Gerry and Charlie played together again in “The Brotherhood of Sound:, performing throughout the 70’s, along with Jim Gilbert and Joe Mondello.  Charlie joined the “Harry Simon Orchestra” and was the bassist for Harry during a portion of the 80’s.
